I started training plan for running with Cassie in August 2023 to prepare for a half marathon in November 2023.  I had taken nearly five years off from running (last half marathon was the last time I had been running). I had only been back to running for nine months when I decided I wanted to run my next half marathon and when I decided to hire a coach. 

Cassie didn’t just “throw a running plan” at me, she sat down with me to find out my goal for the half marathon.  She took the time to learn of any injuries, what time of day I run, when was the last long run I did was and when I ran it, as well as any travel plans I had within my training so we could work runs around those plans. 

Cassie’s plan is done through an app that is user friendly and she adds notes to each day I had a scheduled run.  Her notes told me how many miles I was running, what type of run, pace I should run, added splits into the notes, and always words of encouragement.

I felt extremely comfortable with the plan she wrote for me and never felt it was too much too fast – and if it was too much she wanted me to let her know so she could change things up for me. 

Most of all, Cassie is one of the most encouraging coaches!  She loves helping others succeed in their physical fitness journey and she is very proud of her clients.  Cassie was always just an app message away or a text away for any concern I had or any questions I had.  My half marathon was great thanks to the running plan Cassie made for me!  My I 100% recommend Cassie for any type of training.  Looking forward to working with her again.

I have been overweight and out of shape the majority of my adult life.  I had been wary of personal trainers in the past but going to gyms and doing at home videos just never worked that well. However I knew I had to do something because it was time to make a serious change. 

Choosing to work with Cassie has been the best decision I have made for my health and fitness. She has been incredibly accommodating since the beginning. She pushes me harder towards my goals and expects a lot from me, which keeps me motivated and goal oriented, all while still being one of the nicest people I know AND without making me dread a workout.

MEHUL

December 2019, I weighed 202 lbs with almost 24% body fat. In September 2020 I weighed 172 lbs about 17% body fat!

This is not something that just took 9 months of gym workouts and sweat, but rather 4-5 months of at home workouts written up by Cassie during the pandemic.

I’ve always been somewhat athletic growing up and active, but I just could not get myself to get to 190 lbs on my own and struggled. Step in, Cassie and her workout plans- I passed 190 between April and June, then 180 all in July and then got below 175 for the first time since early 2013.

She listened to my concerns and helped me with easy workouts and then intensified them as time went on. Whenever I would plateau, she would help me out with the right steps. I even got back into running, more than when I did a half marathon.

I used to workout 30-45 minutes up to 4 times a week and now I workout an average 90 minutes a day every single day. It’s a lifestyle and I hope to continue this.

I highly recommend working with Cassie if you want to meet your goals or even just a kick to get you started. I set my goals in 3 parts so I feel accomplished at each “smaller” milestone to move onto the next. Cassie even does social distanced work outs so you feel comfortable during the pandemic times.
